The phone book application provides a simple and hopefully easy to use interface to the Chemistry Department database.
	The buttons shown to the left allow you to make specific queries of the departmental phonebook. To view the personnel in a particular sublist, simply click on the list name. "All Personnel" will list everybody in the department. *The Committees* button will display all Chemistry Department Positions and Committees with links to the personnel. The UGA Directory button will lead you to the University page where you can search the complete University of Georgia Directory. The DoC Access button displays emergency phone numbers and gives members of the department access to the mail aliases on Sunchem.**
You will see a navigation bar similar to the one shown below. Clicking on the the left of this bar will always bring you back to the main page shown above.

Clicking the ADMIN button will bring up a page where you can logon to gain access to your own database information. The SEARCH button will bring you to a page where you can perform more refined searches of the database. Clicking on these buttons now will show you a sample of what you will see. When listing many entries, it will be necessary to have a similar look-and-feel for the fields. With this in mind a set of guidelines have been established for data entry.
